  • Refund Policy – Yarn Purchases

    1.      Eligibility for Refunds

    • ‍Refunds are available for unsured yarn returned in its original condition (unwound, unwashed, and with all labels intact.

    • ‍ Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

    • ‍ Yarn that has been used, altered, or damaged after purchase.

    • ‍ ‍Gift cards and promotional items.

    Process for Refunds

    Contact us at loopwithus@lieselsloop.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

    ‍ ‍1.      Once approved, returned shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

    ‍ ‍2.      Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the yarn.
