Refund Policy – Yarn Purchases
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for unused yarn returned in its original condition (unwound, unwashed, and with all labels intact).
Items must be returned and received within 14 days of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Yarn that has been used, altered, or damaged after purchase.
Gift cards and promotional items.
Process for Refunds
Complete the details on the form below or contact us at loopwithus@lieselsloop.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
Your refund request will be assessed. Once approved, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the yarn or returned items.
